Citizen Schools Goes to Hoops to Teach Team-Building Boston Business Journal

The Boston Business Journal published an article today featuring the Citizen Schools apprenticeship "Managing the Celtics" that students at Orchard Gardens K-8 School in Roxbury, MA took part in this semester. The apprenticeship was created in partnership with NewStar financial and Boston-based law firm Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP. During the 10-week long apprenticeship, students were taught the ins and outs of managing a professional sports team while also learning business, math, and legal skills.
