Technology that can support your pedagogical practices
This series will help frontline educators, either new to experiential and maker-centered learning, or seasoned educators continue to develop their skills and enhance their best practices. While the series will have practical applications for multiple grade levels, our primary focus will be on 5th–8th grade educators.
In the first webinar, Foundations for Experiential Learning, we’ll discuss why experiential learning is so important and how it drives student development and growth. Citizen Schools will share examples of experiential learning projects, including maker-centered learning, and discuss how to infuse hands-on learning in educators’ practice.
