Laura DeBonis

Laura DeBonis is a graduate of Harvard College and earned an MBA from Harvard Business School. She works as a consultant to non-profits and education companies such as Education First. Laura previously worked at Google in a variety of positions including Director of Library Partnerships for Book Search – Google’s initiative to make all the world’s books discoverable and searchable on line. 

Laura is a founding board member and acting Secretary for the Digital Public Library of America and was appointed by President Obama to the Public Interest Declassification Board at the National Archives. She has previously chaired the Technology Advisory Board of the Internet Safety Technical Task Force at Harvard’s Berman Center.
