There are three deadlines for the National Teaching Fellowship. The earlier candidates apply, the more priority they will receive in geographic placement as well as access to the Master's program and AmeriCorp funding (as available).
Applicants who apply by December 3rd, 2007, will receive notification by February 1st, 2008.
Applicants who apply by March 1st, 2008, will receive notification by April 15th, 2008.
Applicants who apply by May 1st, 2008, will receive notification by June 13th, 2008.
Applications will be accepted after May 1st on a rolling basis, depending upon availability. Candidates who apply after May 1st may not receive notification until after July 1st, 2008.
