The energy and hard work of our Team Leaders have already produced some real results. But we’re also interested in unquantifiable changes, such as a broadened worldview, inspiration to aim higher, and energized participation. For Quennha, clear expectations help students take an active role in their own education. “Kids need consistency and boundaries. They need responsibility to grow up and become better people.” After being raised by her grandmother and spending 12 years in boarding school, Quennha is now a senior in college. She plans to pursue social work or psychology focusing on children with behavioral issues.
